Ready for a new adventure? At Hook & Reel Charters, we host year-round Louisiana fishing charters in the waters outside of Delacroix, as well as in-season duck hunting. We welcome new and veteran fishers alike, as well as young children on board. What makes our team different?

It’s our passion to share the great outdoors with others. Louisiana is home, and our state has so much to offer when you step outside of your normal four walls.
At Hook & Reel Charters, we guide new and veteran fishers throughout the marshes and backwater ponds outside Delacroix, Louisiana (about 45 minutes from New Orleans). These are beautiful places where living is easier. You’ll see these waters from the deck of our Haynie 25 magnum, which comes equipped with a 300HP Mercury engine and dual power poles. Our boat is outfitted with the latest safety equipment, so you’re safe out on the water.
We Love What We Do
One of our biggest joys is watching a new fisherman reel in their first fish or a hunter land their first duck. There’s always a smile and laughter as they realize they pulled it in.
During your private fishing trip, our team will always be there to show you exactly how it’s done and to cheer you on. All of us have hundreds of hours on the water and a lifetime of fishing experience.
We’re dedicated to making sure you have the best possible time, smoothing the way for you even if there’s windy weather or temperamental fish. We take care of tackle, bait, icing, and cleaning too, so you can focus on fishing.
