What To Do With Your Fish

Catching your fish is only half of the experience. A great part of this experience is the fish that you get to take home to cook and eat. Different fish are used in different types of dishes, but our captains will be happy to help you decide how your fish would best be prepared. Things like fried fish and grilled fish are probably the most common, but many fish can be made into wraps or tacos, stews, or even things like curry if you wish the expand your horizons outside of local cuisine.
